Sizing

Rings  

All ring sizes are EU sized. Please, if you have doubts regarding your ring size contact me at franziska.lyon@gmail.com for further assistance.

How to measure your ring size at home:
Take a strip of paper, rap it around the inside of a ring  you already own or your finger and make sure it fits over the knuckle, mark the paper where it overlaps and measure the length till the mark. This way you get the inner circumference which equals the size shown in the shop.

However, if the ring doesn't fit you properly I can resize the piece for a 35 Euro fee + Shipping.





Shipping

All pieces are handcrafted in germany and one of a kind, please allow up to 4 weeks before shipping.

I use certified shipping options to send domestic orders and orders within EU only. No additional taxes or customs duties apply. If you need express shipping, please contact me at franziska.lyon@gmail.com when placing your order. Once your order is ready I will send you a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number.

Delivery times are estimates, I will not take responsibility for delays caused by the courier service. Germany (up to 3 working days); Europe ( 2-5 working days).

Domestic orders:            5,49€
International orders:      14,49€

This price includes insurance up to the value of 500€. If the order exceeds this value, additional insurance costs will be carried by myself.




Returns

All pieces are handmade to order and one of a kind, please consider this when you make your purchase. You can send me an e-mail at franziska.lyon@gmail.com if you are unsure of your ring size.

Please note that the pieces are excluded from return and exchange.




Product and Copyright

All the pieces are made to order and crafting of the artworks takes between 3-4 weeks. In case the work is available in stock and can be shipped earlier I will contact you by e-mail. Works can be removed without any prior notice and pricing and descriptions of works may be amended at any point. It is possible that the prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in the precious metals market.

I aim to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible, however as resolution, print methods and screen settings can affect how an piece is displayed, the accuracy of colors cannot be guaranteed.
